Interior painting at City Hall offices and workroom. <br /> Drywall repairs and installation of a bottle fill station in City Hall. <br /> Roof and ceiling repairs in the City Hall breakroom, and roof leak repairs at the Police <br />Department (PD) entrance. <br /> Window cleaning completed at City Hall and the Public Works building. <br />Police Department (PD) Updates <br /> Replacement of damaged carpet tiles. <br /> Workbench constructed for the PD garage. <br /> TV installed in PD. <br /> Fire extinguisher inspections conducted across all city buildings. <br />Public Works & Equipment Upgrades <br /> Shelving built for use in the Public Works wood shop. <br /> Training completed and new floor scrubbers now in use. <br /> Gate repaired at the brush site. <br />Golf Course & Crystal Bay Post Office <br /> Screen doors replaced and new window A/C unit installed at the golf course. <br /> Furnace repaired at the Crystal Bay Post Office. <br /> <br />Administrative Highlights <br />Boards & Community Engagement <br /> Coordination of Park Commission candidate interviews and presentations for new <br />member appointments. <br /> Conducted Park Commission work sessions and preparatory meetings. <br /> Ongoing Park Commission tours to assess park needs; approximately 25% of parks have <br />been reviewed, with more tours scheduled in the upcoming weeks. All should be <br />completed and data analyzed by the August Parks Commission meeting and presented to <br />City Council shortly after. <br />Grant Applications & Awards <br /> Submitted grant applications for: <br />o Solar panel installation at the Public Works building (award decision expected <br />end of July). <br />o Met Council tree planting grant submitted. <br />o Community safety (City awarded maximum $2,500 grant). <br />275
