TO: Administrator <br />FROM: Inspector <br />DATE: February 16, 1968 <br />SUBJECT: Grunlund - Division <br />Karl Grunlund is asking for a division of Lot 4, Block 1, Wiley's <br />Park, - 43620 - 1600, 3445 Crystal Bay Road, into two parcels. <br />One parcel would be 6994 square feet, the other 9211 square feet. <br />The lot is not in single separate ownership as Mr. Grunlund is owner <br />of adjacent lot 3. <br />This area is serviced by Municipal Sewer. Mr. Grunlund is not <br />hooked up. Any division would be contingent on hookup. <br />This is in 11R-1D" zoning. <br />My recommendation for any division would be to bring division line <br />of Lot 4 through 3 as 6994 square feet is to small a lot. Then Lot <br />3 would also have to be hooked to sewer. <br />
