:�- <br /> ZT;` <br /> � O� <br /> • O � O <br /> - g C ITY of ORONO <br /> ,� -, , . � <br /> ti <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`9 4�'G NO. <br /> kESI3� <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4479 � <br /> FILE NO. 2587 <br /> WHEREAS, on June 12, 2000, the City Council of the City of Orono (the "City") <br /> adopted Resolution No. 4479 granting preliminary approval for plattin�of a section of public road <br /> easement located at 4575 Wayzata Boulevard approval; and <br /> WHEREAS,Resolution No.4479 required that Richard Rudd and Shane Rudd(the <br /> "Applicants") subinit the final plat for approval no later than December 31, 2003; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Minnesota Department of Transportation("MnDOT")has delayed <br /> construction of an access road which will serve the Rudd's property; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Applicants requested and were granted a�i extension of the effective <br /> • period of preliminary plat approval to December 31, 2004; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Applicants have requested an additional extension of the effective <br /> period of preliminary plat approval to July 31,2006 as a result ofMnDOT's further postponement of <br /> the road project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono,Minnesota, as follows: <br /> 1. The effective period of preliminary plat approval is hereby extended to July 31, <br /> 2006; and <br /> 2.
