CITY of ORONO <br /> . � � <br /> ti <br /> �',� G'�' � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��kESII04� � NO. � � � � <br /> WHEREAS the proposed State Aid Route system changes to remove the 0.65 <br /> mile segment of Stubbs Bay Road north of Watertown Road and add the <br /> 0.50 mile segment of Kelley Parkway from Old Crystal Bay Road to Willow <br /> Drive will result in a 0.15 mile reduction of the State Aid Route system, so <br /> the proposed State Aid Route system of 12.43 miles is less than the potential <br /> maximum system of 12.75 miles. <br /> BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Orono City Council does herby <br /> approve the proposed City of Orono State Aid Route system changes to <br /> remove the 0.65 mile segment of Stubbs Bay Road north of Watertown ' <br /> Road from the State Aid Route system and to add the 0.50 mile segment of <br /> Kelley Parkway from Old Crystal Bay Road to Willow Drive to the State Aid <br /> Route system. <br /> � Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br /> held this 8th day of March 2004. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> . / n �� __- <br /> y <br /> � Linda S.
