0AT CITY OF ORONO <br /> 4 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> 1. �,� NO. 7595 <br /> `4'ESHO -‘‘. <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR <br /> ORONO GARAGE CONDOMIMIUM FINAL PLAT <br /> FILE NO.LA 25-000068 <br /> WHEREAS, representatives from Garage Condo LLC (the "Developer") on behalf <br /> Old Crystal Bay LLC, who is the owner of the property addressed 430 Old Crystal Bay Road and <br /> legally described as: <br /> That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Crystal Bay Business Center, embraced within Lot 4, Block 1, Van <br /> Dale Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Property"); <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") adopted Resolution 7586 <br /> granting final plat approval of the Common Interest Community Plat: "Orono Garage <br /> Condominium" CIC Plat Phase 1: Building 1 and 2; and <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution 7586 identified a Stormwater and Drainage Trunk Fee is <br /> $47,384.10; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has requested to waive the stormwater Drainage Trunk <br /> Fee; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has determined that a Stormwater Drainage Trunk Fee was <br /> paid in 2007 as part of the Crystal Bay Business Center development which fully satisfies the <br /> stormwater drainage trunk fee associated with the Garage Condo project. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Orono, Minnesota <br /> hereby approves the requested amendment of the stormwater drainage trunk fee to be waived <br /> based on one or more of the following findings of fact concerning the Property:p <br /> ADOPTED by the Orono City Council on this _ 1 day of jia•e , 202- <br /> ATTEST: CITY OF ORONO: <br /> OF <br /> 4ze....„_____ <br /> Ch 'usi y Clerk Bob Tunheim, Mayor <br /> 1 <br />
