The property currently known as 2885 Little Orchard Way must be combined <br /> with the property known as 825 Old Crystal Bay Road South. <br /> 3. The applicant shall move the barn in question to the location shown on Exhibit B, <br /> attached to this resolution, the barn must be renovated pursuant to the Building <br /> Code, and the external appearance brought to a reasonable standard within one <br /> year of building permit issuance. � <br /> 4. A lot combination of 2885 Little Orchard Way with 825 Old Crystal Bay Road <br /> South must be filed with Hennepin County and the re-location of the barn to the <br /> location shown on Exhibit B, attached to this resolution, must be completed by <br /> July 31, 2004. <br /> � 5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the <br /> applicants, and are permissive only. If the conditions of this resolution are not <br /> complied with by July 31, 2004 this resolution shall expire on that date and 2885 <br /> Little Orchard Way shall fully comply with all Zoning Ordinance regulations, <br /> which would require removal of the barn in its entirety. <br /> � 6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and sha11 be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 7. The undersigned applicants have read, understand and hereby agree to the terms <br /> of this resolution and on behalf of the applicants and the applicants' heirs, <br /> successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the <br /> chain of title of the property. <br /> Adopted by the Orono City Council on the 9�' day of February,2004. <br /> � <br /> Page 3 of 6. <br />
