The property currently known as 2885 Little Orchard Way must be combined with the property known as 825 Old Crystal Bay Road South. 3. The applicant shall move the barn in question to the location shown on Exhibit B, attached to this resolution, the barn must be renovated pursuant to the Building Code, and the external appearance brought to a reasonable standard within one year of building permit issuance. � 4. A lot combination of 2885 Little Orchard Way with 825 Old Crystal Bay Road South must be filed with Hennepin County and the re-location of the barn to the location shown on Exhibit B, attached to this resolution, must be completed by July 31, 2004. � 5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the applicants, and are permissive only. If the conditions of this resolution are not complied with by July 31, 2004 this resolution shall expire on that date and 2885 Little Orchard Way shall fully comply with all Zoning Ordinance regulations, which would require removal of the barn in its entirety. � 6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein, and sha11 be punishable as a misdemeanor. 7. The undersigned applicants have read, understand and hereby agree to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of the applicants and the applicants' heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the property.
