The Planning Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing <br /> . held on January 20, 2004 and recommendzd approval of the front yard <br /> setback variance based on the following find.ings: <br /> a. The existing liome exists at a front yard setback of 20' where 35' is - <br /> required. <br /> b.
