It is our understanding that the scope of the project will consist of a bituminous overlay/ <br />patching of the existing County Road 6 trail between Old Crystal Bay Road and Willow Drive. <br />Proposed Scope of Services <br />To assist the city with this improvement project, Bolton & Menk proposes the following scope of services: <br />Staff Design Meetings — Our team will work with City staff to develop the scope of the project and to get input on <br />design details. The goal of these meetings is to ensure that the project is designed consistent with City standards and <br />that the City's maintenance practices and operations are considered throughout the design process <br />Detailed Design and Bidding — Bolton & Menk will prepare plans and specifications for the project. Upon <br />authorization, Bolton & Menk will obtain quotes for the work and will ultimately make recommendations to the City <br />Council about awarding the project. <br />Fee Estimate <br />Based on the scope of services described above, we propose a not -to -exceed fee of $6,980 to be billed on an hourly <br />basis.
