Project: Hackberry Improvements <br />CIP Section: Parks <br />Scope: Construct a multi -use field, renovate a tee -ball field, build <br />parking lots, improve drainage <br />Justification: Hackberry Park has suffered from poor drainage <br />and sub -standard field conditions. Parking has also been a <br />hindrance when used by different sports organizations. The <br />project will allow for improved drainage, safer field conditions, <br />and more efficient parking. Ideally coordinated with and area <br />stormwater and pavement improvement project. <br />Alternatives: Do not proceed with project. Cancelling the <br />project will impact how the park is used.
