2.0 ORGANIZATION. <br />2.01 Organization. <br />The table below reflects the City Organization at the close of 2024. 2024 saw the addition of a second IT person. <br />City Staff organization <br />gym, �roo� <br />.2 P <br />�xz <br />z <br />� 5 <br />CamfngfnM5 <br />a .ps <br />�� I�x4 GCS 1�x4 1�x5 �iQ• _— � _ _ � arc' ra.W.wr ffl'.2 <br />� �•.c�•.cY2�^`�^' 6 <br />2.02 Human Resources. <br />2.02.1 New Hires. <br />2024 saw a decent number of personnel changes. 10 full time staff members were hired in 2024 along with 10 <br />part-time and 3 paid -on -call firefighters. 16 temporary seasonal staff members were hired, predominantly to <br />support the parks, golf course and brush site operations. There were 5 promotions in 2024. <br />2.02.2 Years of Service Awards. <br />October 2024 saw Scott Oberaigner retire after 33 years of service. Police Officer Troy Carlson met 5 years of <br />service; City Administrator Adam Edwards and Police Officer Josh Raze met 10 years of service; and Police Officer <br />Susie Schultz and Police Officer Tony White met 20 years of service. <br />2.02.3 Personnel Handbook. <br />In 2024, staff updated the personnel handbook to account for recent changes in state legislation for Pregnancy <br />and Parenting Leave and Sick and Safe Leave. Additional changes include amendment to the employee <br />recognition policy and addition of drug and alcohol testing for commercial drivers.
