Pursuant to Section 17 of that
Development Agreement, Ryan Companies US, Inc. paid a Storm Water and Drainage Trunk
Fee in the amount of $128,100.00 at the time of its execution for the entire Crystal Bay Business
Center project that now includes my client's project.
Because the previous developer already paid a Storm Water and Drainage Trunk Fee for
the larger site that includes my client's current proposed development, my client requests that
Section 20 of the Contract (Storm Water and Drainage Trunk Fee) be deleted from the final draft
and that the Orono Garage Condominium CIC Plat be amended to delete Section 7) Payment of
Development Fees Required (Stormwater and Drainage Trunk Fee).
Sincerely,
SNYDER ATTORNEYS, P.A.
J <
Brent C.
