Staff Recommendation: <br />The updated engineering including all of the walls and an updated project justification was <br />provided for Council's review at the May 12th meeting (Exhibit D). <br />Upon review, Council directed the applicant to revise the landscape plan to reflect native species to <br />screen the new walls from the lake and provide the necessary stabilization for the bluff. The <br />applicant provided a revised landscape plan. Staff annotated the landscape plan to meet the <br />condition for additional vegetation be added in front of the lowest walls to screen them from the <br />lake. <br />Staff recommends the Council consider a motion to adopt the draft resolution approving the after - <br />the -fact CUP amendment including the revised landscape plan as annotated by staff. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Council should consider a motion to adopt Resolution No. 7589 (Exhibit A) as drafted. <br />Exhibits <br />A.
