Lb <br />2. REQUESTED AMENDMENT. The Developer has requested an amendment to <br />the Development Agreement to eliminate the requirement to remove the existing metal building <br />that is on Lot 1, Block 2. <br />3. CITY APPROVAL. The Orono City Council has granted approval for such <br />Amendment after meeting with the Applicant at a regularly scheduled meeting on November 26, <br />2012. <br />4. AMENDMENT. Subparagraph 20E of the Development Agreement is hereby <br />amended to read: <br />E.
