That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township <br />118 North, Range 23 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point 2.5 chains south of the northeast corner thereof; thence West 2.6 <br />chains; thence South 3 degrees East to the present railroad right of way; thence <br />southeasterly along the north side of said right of way to the east line of said Northeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence North to the point of beginning; <br />Tract B. The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township118 North, <br />Range 23 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying north of the present railroad right of <br />way; <br />together with that part of Tract B herein before described which lies southwesterly of Line 1 described <br />below: <br />Line 1.
