October 2, 1969 <br />Mr. Herbert Ebert <br />3225 Crystal Bay Road <br />Wiyzata, Minnesota SS391 <br />Mr. Albin Parnquist <br />332S Crystal Bay Road <br />Wayzata, Minnesota SS391 <br />Gentlemen: <br />The Council has approved the vacation of the 2S-soot <br />street between your respective properties with the <br />following conditiona: <br />a) This will only include that part of the street <br />between the railroad tracks and Crystal Bay Road <br />the part between Crystal Bay Road and the lake will <br />remain Village property. <br />b) The sewer assessment on the 2S feet will have <br />to be paid by you at $12.00 per foot, which was the <br />initial cost, or $300.00 plus an acreage charge which <br />would be roughly SS.00. <br />c) The Village will retain a utility easement on <br />foresaid vacated street.
