Schibilla and Connie ) <br />Schibilla and Richard Albin ) ASSENT TO REGISTRATION OF LAND <br />Anderson and Leesa Kay Anderson, ) <br />for the removal of certain ) <br />recitals. ) <br />Being first duly sworn on oath, the undersigned Mayor and City <br />Clerk of the City of Orono, a Minnesota municipal corporation, <br />hereby assent to the above -cited land title proceeding and <br />registration. The undersigned Mayor and City Clerk understand the <br />interest of the City of Orono is called due to a public easement <br />for highway purposes over the Southeasterly 33 feet of a road <br />formerly known as Northern Avenue, and now vacated. This easement <br />is cited in Item Nos. 4(a) and 4(b) of the Report of the Examiner <br />dated December 2, 19B8, concerning this action. It is also the <br />understanding of the undersigned that the Examiner shall request <br />an Order of the Court terminating the interest of the City of <br />Orono in the public easements for highway over the southeasterly <br />33 feet of the road formerly known as Northern Avenue. Unless <br />conditions and/or recommendations, ,.-. issued by the Examiner of <br />
