A review of the material submitted <br />indicates the following items needed for review are missing: <br />1. Certificate of Survey certifying the staked location of <br />the proposed house. Your surveyor must stake the house and <br />appropriate offsets, and certify those on a Certificate of <br />Survey. The survey must include dimensions of all proposed <br />buildings and reference dimensions measured perpendicular to <br />the front and side lot lines. Also, provide elevations for <br />the top of foundation, garage floor and all other floors. <br />2. Provide a final detailed grading plan showing existing <br />and proposed contours, along with detailed designs for all <br />proposed retaining walls. <br />3. We will need two full sets of final. plans submitted. <br />4. Energy calculations must be submitted. <br />5.
