OS-3070 <br /> � <br /> ; <br /> WHEREAS, Jerry R. Boldenow and Barbara Allison-Boldenow, husband <br /> j and wife (hereinafter"the applica�lts") are the owners of the property located at 70 North <br /> I Shore Drive West within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and legally described <br /> as follows: <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Chadwick,Hennepin County,Minnesota <br /> � (hereinafter the"property"); and <br /> • ' WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono <br /> for a conditional use permit in accordance with Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section <br /> 78-418 to allow a non-rental guest aparhnent within the principal residence. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> Orono,Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> k <br /> i1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File OS-3070. <br /> F <br /> � 2. The property is located in the RR-1B One Farnily Rural Residential � <br /> f <br /> I Zoning District which requires a minimum lot area of 2 acres and a <br /> f minimum lot width of 200'. <br /> 3.
