Skoog and Karen S. Skoog, husband and wife <br /> ; (hereinafter"the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 280 Tonka Avenue <br /> . � within the City of Orono (hereinafter the"City") and legally described as follows: � <br /> � <br /> � Lots 9 and 10, Block 2, Lot 18, Block 5,BAYSIDE ADDITION TO LAKE <br /> . This application was reviewed as Zoning File#04-3022. � <br /> ' 2. The property is located in the LR-lA, One Family Lakeshore Residential_� <br /> � Zoning District which requires a minimum lot area of 2 acres and a <br /> minimum lot width of 200'. <br /> i <br /> ; 3. The Planning Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing <br /> j held on January 18, 2005 and recommended approval of the reax yard � <br /> setback variance based on the following findings: . <br /> • a.
