LA24-000068,430 Old Crystal Bay Road North, Conditional Use Permit,Preliminary Plat,and <br /> Site Plan Review—Resolution 7579 <br /> The City Council is requested to review the Staff report and discuss and adopt the resolution approving <br /> the proposal for a garage condo development at 430 Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> Ricks noted she had received quite a few messages from residents concerned about the project because of <br /> possible noise and increased traffic on Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
