An after-the-fact amendment to the CUP is required. <br />2.MN§15.99 Application Deadline: <br />The application was received on January 30, 2025 and considered to be complete on February <br />14th; the original 60-day review timeline was extended and will now expire on June 14, 2025. <br />3.Background: <br />The Council reviewed this request on April 28th and tabled the application to allow the applicant <br />to provide the requested information from their engineer. Updated engineered construction plans <br />and a revised narrative has been provided (Exhibit B). Review the Draft Minutes from the April <br />28th meeting. <br />4.Staff Recommendation: <br />The applicant provided updated engineered construction plans which include all of the walls. An <br />updated project justification has also been provided as requested.
