O� <br /> � <br /> O O <br /> - C ITY of ORONO <br /> � :-. � <br /> ti <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��`9kESI3���G NO. � � �� � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4794 <br /> FILE NO. 2461 <br /> WHEREAS, oi1 April 22, 2002, the City Council of the City of Orono (the"City") <br /> adopted Resolution No. 4794 granting approval for a subdivision of a lot line reai-rangement for <br /> properties on Big Island o�vned Uy William Bryson and Thelma Bryson and Jaines A. R. Joluison <br /> (collectively `the applicants'); and <br /> WHEREAS,Resolution No.4794 required that the applicants complete filing of the <br /> lot line reai-rangement with Hemlepin County no later than OctoUer 22, 2002; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants were unable to file the subdivision of a lot line <br /> rearrangement within the timeframe allotted due to title issues, which have just recently Ueen <br /> resolved; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Applicants have requested an extension of the effective period of <br /> subdivision approval in order that the lot line reanangement may now be filed; a�Zd <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the findings and conditions of Resolution <br /> No. 4794 are still valid and appropriate. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono,Mixuzesota, as follows: <br /> 1. Conditions 5 and 7 of Resolution No.4794 are hereby amended to allow filing of <br /> the lot line rearrangement with the Hennepin County Recorders Office or <br /> Registrar of Titles Office on or before Apri122, 2005. <br /> 2.
