Woodhill Country Club operates under a <br /> CUP originally granted by the City on September 13, 1968. <br /> B) The proposed temporary placement and use of a inodular office trailer during <br /> remodeling of the Club's main facilities in Wayzatarequires an amendnient ofthe <br /> � Club's umbrella CUP because it teinporarily establishes a use not covered under <br /> . the existing CUP. <br /> C) The trailer will be located along the west side of the "temlis banl", a site <br /> . . approximately 450'from the nearest properiyboundary and inore than 600'from <br /> the nearest residence.Onlyminor grading will benecessaryto establish a level pad <br /> for the trailer. <br /> • D) During the club remodeling,club functions are expected to be reduced to relatively <br /> low levels,with nununal food services and office activities operatnlg out of the tenius <br /> bam and temporary office trailer.It is anticipated there willbe no new impacts on <br /> neighboring properties as a result of the relocated office activity. <br /> E) The trailer is intended to be in place for a period not to exceed 9 months,with <br /> removal expected by the end of June 2005. <br /> F) The trailer will not have pluinbing, as the tennis barn provides this necessity. � <br /> CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings,the City Council of Orono,Minnesota hereby grants to <br /> Woodhill Country Club an amendment to its 1968 Conditional Use Permit to allow the teinporary <br /> placement and use of amodular office trailer for aperiod of 9 months duringremodeling ofthe main Club <br /> facilities in Wayzata, subject to the following conditions: - <br /> 1. The trailer will be required to meet any applicable building code and handicap accessibility <br /> standards similar to a construction trailer, and shall not be used as a residence. <br /> • 2.
