CITY <br />OF <br />ORONO <br />city of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2554 <br />Applicant shall pay for all of the City's legal fees and actual <br />recording fees incurred in the filing of the final plat with <br />Hennepin County in excess of the original payment of $150.00. <br />6. Landscape islands at main entrance and cul>de>saced areas within <br />road are approved for a privately maintained road and do not meet <br />current City standards for public roadways. <br />The applicant is hereby advised that preliminary approval of this <br />conditional use permit for a Planned Residential Development and <br />preliminary subdivision shall expire one year from the date of Council <br />approval (December 12, 1989).
