Hake moved, Pesek <br />seconded, to approve this variance based on the fact there <br />is no other land available and the area is sewered and has <br />water. Motion - Ayes (8), Nays (0). <br />Mr. Mii.tney is requesting approval of a variance to add to <br />his existing residence. Van Nest moved, Ilosfield seconcM, <br />to reconwend approval in view of the fact that this house <br />already exists on a non* standard lot and the proposed <br />addition lexild not result in any encroachment of the exist­ <br />ing setbacks. ?btion - Ayes (8), Nays (0). <br />The Planning Commission scheduled a Public Hearing for <br />September 7, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mr. Richards was present and explained to the Couinission <br />that he was planning to remodel his kitchen and add a <br />second story over that part of his house.
