Conditioiwi use permit application for continuation of <br />existing guest house use above garage. <br />2. Notice of Council action dated September 21, 1988. <br />3. Minutes of Orono Council meeting of September 12, 1988. <br />4. Letter from Clint Gables dated September 9, 1988. <br />5. September 8, 1988 staff memo and exhibits. <br />The conditional use permit application for the existing <br />guest house use must be in this office by May 26th, 1989 in order <br />that a public hearing be scheduled for the June 19th Planning <br />Commission meeting. This is the earliest scheduling that is <br />feasible for this application. The fee is $100.00. The guest <br />house conditional use standards are included with the September <br />21, 1988 Notice of Council Action. <br />Regarding the proposed garage/storage space, when we last <br />discussed this at the City Council level, your intent apparently <br />was to construct a 26’x30' (780 s.f.) garage with additional <br />floor space above it. You also suggested that such a structure <br />might be placed on the property meeting the required 10* setbacks <br />from side and rear lot line and from adjacent buildings. In <br />order for the Planning Commission to review this proposal, you <br />must provide a scaled site plan (use a copy of the survey) <br />showing the exact proposed location of the structure.
