A review of the application ^hat the <br />proposed addition will be less than the retired 10' setbacX from <br />the side lot line and therefore needs a side setback variance in <br />order to continue. <br />A copy of the variance application is enclosed for your use <br />should you wish to apply for a variance. <br />Review of your application can not continue until a variance <br />is approved. The deadline for variance applications for the June <br />19th Planning Commission is noon on Friday, May 26th.
