Upon the issuance of a building permit for the addition, <br />applicant shall provide payment for 26 SAC units at <br />$14,950.00 (26 X $575.00). <br />4. Payment of additional jewer units are to be determined <br />by the Public Works Director and the City Engineer during <br />the building permit application review. <br />5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicant, but are permissive only and <br />must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the <br />proposed construction within one year of the date of Council <br />approval or the special conditions of this resolution will <br />expire on that date (July 10, 1990). <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation <br />of the Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be punishabl-^ as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />7. The undersigned authorized agent of Orono School district <br />#278 has read, understood and hereby agrees to the terms of <br />this resolution and on behalf of the School District its <br />successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of <br />this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Page 3 of 5
