The formal recommendations shall <br />be subject to the review and approval of the Council. <br />Staff Recowmendation - <br />Staff recommends granting the conditional use permit based <br />on the following findings; <br />1. The proposed location of the conditional use permit is <br />in accordance with the objectives of the zoning chapter and <br />the purposes of the district, and Comprehensive Management <br />Plan. <br />2. The use and the addition is not detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or materially injurious to <br />properties in the vacinity. <br />3. The use has existed since the early 1950s. <br />4. Adequate sewer and water is available <br />Staff recommends approval of the commercial site plan review <br />subject to the following conditions. Prior to scheduling the <br />application before the Council for final approval, the following <br />information and exhibits must be submitted: <br />1. Applicant to provide plans showing existing storm sewer <br />lines and drainage calculations.
