We met to resolve the dt&lnBge CODCercS of <br />the neighborhood. <br />The agreement vas to place a culvert across the Nelson property to take a <br />majority of the storm water runoff. (5 year storm return frequency design). <br />The excess water from larger stores would go overland along the existing <br />drainage way. The developer would provide for installation of the O'* ^rt and <br />the City will provide the easements for Mr. Nelson to sign. Placemeni of the <br />culvert will eliminate the need for ponding on the Wayzata Country Club <br />property and the Houser property.
