Private road outlet along north 25* of property shall be required. <br />2. Existing 475 Ferndale Road North house and new Country Club lot to <br />access via shared driveway at existing access point. New Hauser lot <br />to have separate driveway access as requested. <br />3. City Engineer/Attorney/staff to review drainage concerns of Chevy <br />Chase neighborhood and make final recommendation to Council on July <br />10th regarding what improvements, if any, should be required as <br />conditions of subdivision, also addressing the liability issue. <br />4. Council recommends that Hauser and Lauer choose one surveyor to <br />put the two subdivisions together, creating a single plat that will <br />include both properties a’*d be signed by both parties, (Opticnally, <br />each plat could be done individually but this may be a duplication of <br />effort.) <br />A resolution for preliminary plat approval will be presented fer <br />Council review and adoption on July 10, meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.
