Dedication of right-of-way of Co. Rd. 84 k 51. <br />4. Place future owner of Lot 1 on notice, that if lot is further <br />subdivided they will be responsible for the private road to be <br />constructed for future access and that Lot 2 will be required to <br />access off the private road. Lot 3 to retain existing access of Co. <br />Rd. 51. <br />5. Additional septic testing for Lot 2 for an alternate site. All <br />septic sites to be staked prior to final plat approval. <br />The deadline for submittals of new information is June 7, 1989 for <br />Planning Commission meeting of June 19, 1989.
