All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicants must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Signed and executed Flowage & Conservation Eas^ent <br />o/er the wetlands defined as drainage easements within <br />the plat. <br />d) A separate covenant for Lot 1 agreeing to the <br />removal of the detached structure if a building permit <br />has not been issued within one year of the date of <br />final plat approval. <br />C.
