D. Congf^rMction of Plain P . <br />(1) fnapigtiion Data. All Plan B Improvements <br />are scheduled for completion as shown on Exhibit E, however. <br />Subdivider agrees that the City will not be liable for failure to <br />complete the Plan B Improvements by that date. <br />(2) Approval of Contractors. The City shall <br />have the sole right to approve or reject contractors for <br />construction of Plan B Improvements. <br />(3) Pre-Conatruction Conference. Prior to any <br />work on Plan B Improvements within the Subdivision, the City <br />Engineer, and City's Contractor will meet with the Subdivider and <br />Subdivider's engineer to review the proposed work schedule. <br />(4) Construction. The construction, <br />installation, and materials for Plan B Improvements within the <br />Subdivision shall be in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications prepared by the City Engineer. <br />(5) Supervision. All of the Plan B <br />Improvements work shall be under the sole supervision and control <br />of the City through its City Engineer. <br />(6) BiiiMHimnta. The Subdivider shall make <br />available to the City, at no cost to the City, all permanent or <br />temporary easements necessary for the installation of the Plan B <br />Improvements within the Subdivision, as determined by the City <br />Engineer including if requested, a blanket construction easement <br />over the entire Subdivision.
