The aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be <br /> filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County Recorder's Office <br /> or Registrar of Titles Office on or before February 9, 2005 together with a <br /> certified copy of this resolution. <br /> 3. The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not <br /> � been filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to <br /> file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br /> 4. The portion of property labeled on survey as "to be deeded to Dayton" shall <br /> be legally combined with the property at 900 Old Long Lake Road; and <br /> � 5. The portion labeled on the survey as "to be deeded to Anderson" shall be <br /> legally combined with the property at 925 Old Long Lake Road. <br /> • 6. The applicants are hereby advised that lot line rearrangement approval will <br /> expire within six months of the date of City Council approval (February 9, <br /> 2005). Should the applicants fail to complete the filing of the final plat <br /> application within the deadline, it shall be necessary for the applicants to file a <br /> new preliminary subdivision application with the City. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br /> held this 9`�' day of August 2004. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> O �� �d - ��i <br /> Linda S.
