WHEREAS, the City Council of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic, and safe development of land within <br /> the City; and • <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> a lot line rearrangement by Darrell E. Anderson and Karin H. Anderson, husband and <br /> • wife and Bruce B. Dayton, a single person (hereinafter the "applicants") for properties <br /> legally described as: <br /> Attached as Exhibit A(hereinafter"the properties"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the properties consist of 3 developed parcels owned by the <br /> applicants an shown on the survey attached hereto as Exhibit"A"; and <br /> WHEREAS, after c�ue published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono's Zoning and Subdivision Codes, the <br /> Orono Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 19, 2004, at which time all . <br /> persons desiring to be heard conceming this application were given the opportunity to <br /> speak thereon; and <br /> � WHEREAS, the applicants have completed all requirements for the City for a <br /> metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination <br /> . purposes, resulting in the relocation of the common lot boundaries between the <br /> properties, as shown in the survey atta�hed as Exhibit "A" resulting in new legal <br /> descriptions for each as shown in Exhibit"A"; and <br /> WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on August 9, 2004, the Orono City <br /> Council considered the subdivision of a lot line rearrangement application of the <br /> • applicants noting the following findings of fact: <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
