Blount and Gretchen Blount, husband and wife <br /> (hereinafter"the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 1390 Cherry Place <br /> within the City of Orono (hereinafter the"City") and legally described as follows: <br /> That part of Government Lots 4 and 5, Section 8, Township 117 North, Range 23 <br /> West of the �`h Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the <br /> .
