The manner and the method <br />used in the performance of services to be provided by ASSESSOR <br />shall be under the exclusive control and direction of the <br />ASSESSOR. The ASSESSOR in performance of services shall not (1) <br />be required to maintain office hours, (2) receive retirement <br />benefits, (3) health insurance benefits, and (4) any other <br />fringe benefits. <br />4.
