In this I have included a copy of my <br />Professional Liability Insurance, and both my credentials <br />and my associate. However, in the submission of the <br />assessing agreement item # 11 has not been initial due to <br />the nature of tax court and the fact that court cases could <br />be currently pending and would be based on appraisals done <br />prior to my assessing contract. This I feel should be handle <br />in conjunction with the City and be provided on a fee for <br />service basis. <br />I would like to point out that both Jim Donna, and myself <br />are licensed Minnesota Assessor holding tht designations of <br />Certified and Accredited. We both have a number of years <br />experience with assessing in similar communities, and <br />furthermore, I have experience with assessing lakeshore <br />homes on Lake Minnetonka as the assessor for the City of <br />Victoria and have a working knowledge and understanding of <br />the nature of assessing properties on this lake. <br />Respectfully, <br />Paul J'Smith <br />2610 So.
