r <br />• RESOLUTION NO. 842 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION FOR ROBERT HARVEY, SR. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and � <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />%TIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br />regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br />City; and <br />WI-MREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a sub- <br />division by Robert Harvey, Sr.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the division of part of the Northwest quarter of Section <br />31, Township 118 North, Range 23 West, tax description 38-41331-1605, subject <br />to the following: <br />1. Flowage and conservation easement 10 ft. each side of the <br />centerline of the existing creek. <br />2. Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $500.00. <br />• 3. According to the certificate of survey by Gordon R. <br />Coffin dated December 9, 1976. <br />This resolution will expire May 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision <br />plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office. In that <br />event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono <br />for subdivision approval. <br />Dated this 11th day of October, 1977. <br />LZ' _�� <br />William B.
