This low-intensity Industrial use is preferable to the adjacent <br />residential properties as compared other Industrial uses such as manufacturing or uses <br />which may create more noise, pollution or other externalities. <br />B14. Consistent with the character of the surrounding area, unless a change of character is <br />called for in the community management plan; The design of the buildings is consistent with <br />the architectural design standards outlined for the industrial district and the industrial uses. <br />B15.
