0 <br />0 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 841 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF KELLEY F KELLEY DIVISION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and exist- <br />ing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br />regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision <br />plat for Kelley $ Kelley, Inc.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plat of Kelley & Kelley Division, Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br />subject to the following: ' <br />1. The granting to the City of Orono drainage and utility <br />easements as shown on the plat. <br />2. The granting to the City of Orono flowage and open <br />space easements to Outlot A. <br />3. The payment of a park dedication fee of $250 per lot, <br />total $750. <br />4. The granting to the City of an access easement between <br />Lot 3 and Watertown Road, said easement to be filed in <br />the chain of title property. <br />This resolution will expire on May 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision <br />plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office. In that event, <br />it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for sub- <br />division approval. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular <br />meeting held October 11, 1977. <br />William B.
