0 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 839 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY # <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br />regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision <br />plat for 315 East Grant Corporation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plat for 315 East Grant Corporation, Hennepin County, Minnesota; <br />subject to the following: <br />1. Applicant's providing a specific easement to the City allowing <br />construction of a dam structure within the existing County <br />road right-of-way, or granting the City fee title to that area. <br />2. Applicant's providing an open space and flowage easement over <br />the wetlands conservation area. <br />3. No new access points to Tracts A and C. <br />4. County Highway Department approval of any new access to <br />Tract B. <br />S. Payment of a park dedication fee of $750 ($250/lot). <br />6. City Attorney's approval of title opinion. <br />7. Moving of final dividing line between Tracts B and C to <br />avoid passing through any structure (or certificate of <br />survey showing buildings to be located away from the <br />dividing line). <br />8. Payment of a sewer unit charge for new Tract B, amount <br />$3,952-90. <br />This resolution will expire on April 1, 1978, if the aforesaid division <br />plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office.
