{ k. <br />i <br />• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3 3 7 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING RYANWOOD <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br />regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br />and <br />1%1HEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision <br />plat for Ryanwood by Thomas Ryan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plat for Ryanwood, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the <br />following: <br />1. The proposal is consistent with adjoining parcels and the <br />recent sewer availability permits zoning to 1 acre density <br />rather than 2 acre density required in non-sewered areas. <br />2. County approval of any new access road to the south parcel. <br />3. Receipt of two park dedication fees in the amount of $2,000. <br />4. Ponding area to be retained as is. <br />S. Title opinion addressed to the City. <br />6. Staff review of reassessment formula. <br />This resolution will expire on April 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision <br />plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office.
