RESOLUTICN NO. 8 3 2 <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING PART <br />OF HILL STREET EAST OF <br />e s . CRESTVIEW AVENUE =; } <br />w <br />WHEREAS, a majority of the owners of property abutting that part of Hill <br />Street between Crestview Avenue and the gully to the east have requested the City <br />Council`,3'n an application dated February 10 1976,'to.vacate such street according <br />to law; farad • t <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing'was held an April'S, 1976, before the City <br />Council, -in the Council Chambers on such petition after due published and posted <br />notice had been given by the clerk on March 10; 1976, and all persons interested <br />were given an opportunity to be heard; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest of the City to <br />approve such petition; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that such petition is hereby granted and <br />that part of Hill Street described as follows is hereby vacated: <br />The South 4 feet of that part of Hill Street lying East <br />of the Northerly extension of the West line of Lot 1, <br />Block 6, "Bayside Addition to Lake Minnetonka", accord- <br />ing to the recorded plat thereof. <br />Adopted by the Orono Council this 26 day of September 1977 by <br />a vote of 4 ayes and •0 nays. <br />�`•��Qos000po e �6t{. <br />19 <br />• ,moo r• ,,�-. �_ -- <br />Atte' _*114 <br />Walter R.
