Staff has required applicant to provide a conceptual site
plan indicating the house location, as well as a site
evaluation for septic system construction, to verify that
this is a buildable lot.
4. Applicant has provided a site evaluation report which
generally indicates that a.mound system is required on the
property. The primary site would be located west of the
proposed house site.^ The site evaluator had Indicated that the primary and alternate sites would botn be
west of the house, however after discussions regarding
required setbacks and the width of the mound due to slope
constraints, it was determined that a second alternate site
should be tested. There are two feasible locations, one
being at the far west end of the lot, the other being east
of the house site. Testing is currently underway for this
secondary site and due to sandy soils anticipated, ^nere is
a slight possibility that one of the two alternate sites
would be suitable for trenches. Either site could be
expected to support a mound system.
