Although no sketch <br />has been submitted, Mr. Hauser indicates they will have one <br />prepared for presentation at Monday's meeting. Staff has <br />indicated on a rough sketch the proposal as described by Hauser. <br />Staff's memo and recommendation of June 9th are also <br />attached for further review. <br />If Council determines that the proposal is appropriate, <br />staff would recommend that Council direct staff to prepare a <br />resolution granting preliminary approva.^ for the combined <br />subdivision applications for your next meeting. (Your other <br />option, if you reel it is necessary, would be referral to the <br />Planning Commission.)
