page 2 <br />With all due respect to the city engineering department, if the <br />4" pipe (on private property yet) is maintained like my neighbors <br />driveway culvert (installed by the city) and a street culvert <br />about 12C9' from my driveway, it will soon be clogged up and du no <br />draining at all. This is why I am concerned about water <br />overflowing the berm. <br />I trust the Council members will take the attached report with <br />which the city engineer concurred on the effect on the water <br />table and my personal commentc into consideration when reaching a <br />decision on this matter. <br />I would also like to mention that, at our age, either my wife or <br />I could put our property up for sale at any time.
