Would the Council prefer to see this conceptual proposal <br />viewed as two separate but adjacent subdivisions, or as a <br />single subdivision encompassing all of the properties in <br />question? Staff would recommend the latter for sake of <br />clarity; however, note that the applicants would have to <br />choose which surveyor would prepare the plat drawings.
