Minnesota Statute S340A.504, Subds. 2 and 3 has been amended <br />to extend Sunday sale of intoxicating liquor by one hour, until <br />1 a.m. Monday. Subd. 4 of the same statute has been amended to <br />allow the sale of intoxicating liquor by an off-sale licensee on <br />January 1 and July 4. Both the amendments are effective as of <br />April 24, 1989. <br />The final amendment pertinent to the City is the addition to <br />Minnesota Statute S 340A.510. Malt liquor may also be included <br />when an off-sale licensee offers samples within the liquor store, <br />The quantity of the malt liquor is limited to less than <br />100 millileters per variety per customer.
